How dungeons work

Dungeons are the extract loop — enter from hub, clear or extract with loot, and beat Hard / Nightmare gates to unlock the next map.

Progress order: The Catacombs → Frostspire → Underworld Gate (Hard / Nightmare clears unlock the next).
Nightmare runs feed Special class recipes and rare extracts — Normal clears alone will not unlock endgame Specials.
Bring a class that can clear the current gate; extract early if the run turns rather than wiping the bag.
