Blessings pick order in Dungeon Lootr
What you get: Stack the right run buffs from Blessing Altars and Challenge wave picks, and pair them with your Aspect without mixing the two systems.
Game version sep-2026 · 2026-10-01Run order
- Enter a Dungeon Raid or Challenge Dungeon with a class you can clear on
- Take every Blessing offer — Raid Altars between areas; Challenge every 10 waves
- Read all three cards; prefer universal damage or survival unless your kit wants a specialty
- Stack picks for the rest of the run; they drop when the run ends
- Pair with your Aspect triggers (pointer only) — do not confuse run Blessings with permanent Aspects
Where this comes from
| First-party | In-run Blessing cards and Altars are the live UI truth for names and roll values. |
| Multi-source | Independent Blessings writeups agree on run-temp buffs, pick-of-3, Raid Altars between areas, Challenge every 10 waves, reduced Challenge power, and shared S/A/B/C name bands. |
| Video captures | Beginner and clear clips both show mid-run Blessing picks between rooms; named tier cards below follow multi-guide consensus, not frame-by-frame reads. |
| Unknown | Exact live card % / second values; Challenge reduction amount; whether every named card in the pool is published; GM Blessing code chests vs in-run pool. |
What you get: A confident Blessings loop for Dungeon Lootr — when offers appear, how stacking works, which pick bands to bias, and how Aspects fit beside (not instead of) run buffs.
How Blessings work
Blessings are run-only buffs. Once you take a card, it stays active until that dungeon attempt ends — extract, fail, or leave. They do not stick to the class in the lobby the way Aspects do.
| Rule | What to expect |
|---|---|
| Offer size | You choose one of three random cards — you do not build the offer |
| Stacking | Multiple picks stack for the rest of the run |
| Raid path | Look for Blessing Altars between areas; longer clears = more stacks |
| Challenge path | A Blessing offer is guaranteed every 10 waves |
| Challenge power | Effects are reduced vs Raid (amount unpublished) |
| End of run | All stacked Blessings clear |
Decision: if the three cards are all mediocre, still pick the least-bad for your goal (clear vs EXP vs coins). Skipping is worse than a soft pick.
Goal → steps (Raid)
- Clear the current area / zone cleanly (potions / Cauldron before the boss when you can).
- After the area transition, find the Blessing Altar and open the three-card offer.
- Match the card to your failure mode: dying → HP / DR; slow clear → Overall DMG or Skill DMG / CDR; leveling farm → kill EXP / completion EXP; coin farm → coin card.
- Confirm and keep moving — the buff is already on for later rooms.
- Repeat at later Altars; longer Nightmare / deep routes bank more stacks.
- After extract, assume the Blessings are gone — re-pick next run.
Goal → steps (Challenge Dungeon)
- Push waves; treat every 10th wave as a guaranteed Blessing stop.
- Expect weaker numbers than Raid — still take the best of three for survival or clear speed.
- Stack the same way; the run ends → buffs reset.
- Do not plan Challenge clears around Raid-sized Blessing math.
Pick bands (multi-source name consensus)
Tier labels below are pick-order bands shared across independent Blessings writeups. They are not hard DPS proofs. Exact card rolls vary — read the live UI; rates are not published.
Prefer first (S-band)
| Blessing | Job | Take when… |
|---|---|---|
| Overwhelming Force | Overall damage | Almost any class — safest default |
| Ironhide | Max HP | You are getting chunked |
| Bloodlust | Kill EXP | Leveling / mastery grind |
| Bulwark | Damage reduction | Nightmare / tanky rooms |
Strong seconds (A-band)
| Blessing | Job | Take when… |
|---|---|---|
| Scholar’s Insight | Completion EXP | Clear-focused leveling |
| Fortune | Instant Coins | Currency run (weaker for pure combat) |
| Flowstate | Skill cooldown cut | Ability-spam kits |
| Arcane Might | Skill damage | Skill-primary kits (less universal than Overall DMG) |
Situational (B-band)
| Blessing | Job | Take when… |
|---|---|---|
| Fleetfoot | Move speed | Reposition / kite matters more than raw damage |
| Nimble | Dodge cooldown | You actually press Dodge on cooldown |
| Deadeye | Crit rate | Crit-shaped kits / Aspects |
Narrow (C-band)
| Blessing | Job | Take when… |
|---|---|---|
| Steadfast | Longer Parry window | Parry-core kits only; skip for everyone else |
Soft rule: S-band if offered → take it unless you are already tanky and need a specialty. A-band fills gaps. B/C only when the offer forces it or your kit is built for that button.
Decision matrix (class job → bias)
| If you fail because… | Bias toward | Usually skip |
|---|---|---|
| Rooms / bosses take forever | Overwhelming Force → Arcane Might / Flowstate | Fortune, pure mobility |
| You die before the extract | Ironhide / Bulwark | Glass-only greed |
| You are leveling | Bloodlust / Scholar’s Insight | Coin-only Fortune |
| You need coins for Forge | Fortune (when combat is already fine) | Extra EXP if broke on mats |
| Dodge is your defense | Nimble (+ Fleetfoot) | Steadfast |
| Parry is your defense | Steadfast (+ Ironhide) | Nimble |
| Crits carry the kit | Deadeye | Random utility |
Aspect pairing (pointer — not a full Aspect dump)
Blessings ≠ Aspects. Aspects attach to the class (Spin / Aspect Gem) and stay with that kit. Blessings only exist inside the current dungeon attempt.
Use Blessings to amplify the Aspect you already run:
| If your Aspect leans on… | Blessing bias |
|---|---|
| Parry procs (e.g. Aegis-style) | Steadfast · Ironhide · Bulwark |
| Crit detonations (e.g. Umbral-style) | Deadeye · Overwhelming Force |
| Dodge / clone setups (e.g. Phantom-style) | Nimble · Fleetfoot |
| Basic-attack ignition / DoT | Overwhelming Force · Deadeye |
| Skill storms / skill damage | Flowstate · Arcane Might |
Full names, rates, and Index steps live on Aspects (hub + detail pages). This guide will not re-list Aspect spin%/gem% — those stay on the Aspects pages and need live Index confirmation.
FAQ
Do Blessings save after extract?
No. Run ends → Blessings clear. Re-pick next attempt.
Can I choose which three appear?
No. Offers are random; you only choose among the three shown.
Raid vs Challenge — same cards?
Same system, but Challenge values are reduced. Plan Nightmare farms on Raid Altars when you need full-strength stacks.
Are code “GM Blessings” the same thing?
Codes sometimes grant random Blessing / GM Blessing rewards. Treat those as lobby/inventory rewards, not Altar picks. Merge rules are unpublished and not confirmed yet.
Why do some guides show cards not in the S–C table?
Example cards (e.g. Devastation, Focused Casting) appear in screenshots and beginner notes. The shared S–C list is the multi-source consensus band, not a claim that the pool has only thirteen names. Extra names stay unknowns until we capture a full Index / pool.
Should I ever skip an Altar?
Only if the run is already failed / you are racing a timer you cannot stop for — otherwise always pick.
Still unknown / CONTESTED
- Exact % and second values on live cards (guide ranges exist; UI wins — CONTESTED as published numbers).
- Challenge reduction magnitude.
- Complete Blessing pool beyond the consensus S–C names.
- Whether Altar spawn rate varies by dungeon length / difficulty beyond “between areas.”
- GM Blessing chest → in-run interaction.

Still unknown
- Live card roll ranges — guides publish bands; treat UI as source of truth (CONTESTED until panel capture).
- How much Challenge Dungeon Blessings are nerfed — “reduced” only (CONTESTED).
- Extra names outside the shared S–C list (e.g. Devastation, Focused Casting) — appear in examples; full pool incomplete.
- GM / code “Random Blessing” chests — not the same loop as Altars; merge rules not confirmed yet.
