Dreadlord

How to get it

Underworld Gate Nightmare · Underworld Glaive

  1. Beat Frostspire Nightmare to unlock Underworld Gate.
  2. Enter Underworld Gate on Nightmare difficulty.
  3. Clear runs until Underworld Glaive appears in rewards or inventory.
  4. Claim / equip the Glaive item (inventory name is the item, not “Dreadlord”).
  5. Confirm Dreadlord unlocked in the Classes menu.
  6. Expect a long farm — creator-reported drop rate is very low.

Overview

Nightmare Special unlocked by the Underworld Glaive drop, not a Spin or Boss Rush craft. Treat as a long Underworld Gate Nightmare farm; check inventory under the item name.

Where it sits

S on the overall (update 1+) list. The method behind that placement is on the tier list page.

Where it shows up

Appears in: Underworld Gate

Still unknown

  • Underworld Glaive ~1% creator-reported — not a promise.
  • Item spelling contested: Underworld Glaive (community guides) vs Underworld Galo (some secondary guides).
  • Whether drop is secret-boss gated or clear reward is not fully consistent across writeups.
